Cotes of London: They’re Not Just Coats!!

April 25, 2023 •

I had the privilege of meeting Lindsi, the founder, owner, and designer of Cotes of London. Lindsi and I were chatting about her business and family and life in general. She is an incredibly interesting woman and has built an amazing business. I’m very proud to share some of her designs. I love her coats, but there’s so much more and today I’m giving you a sneak peek!

white-jacket

First I’ll start with the Buckingham Jacket. It’s so beautiful and easy to dress up. The ruffles around the pockets, zipper, and cuffs add a touch of elegance. Here I’m wearing it with a black skirt and boots. I love how this looks together and how I feel in it.

Next I paired the jacket with a pair of white trousers and really love this look. The jacket looks great with black pants as well. I think it’s a casual, but classy look, perfect for a sunny mild day where you just need a light jacket.

With jeans and sneakers! This was the perfect outfit for walking around the city and through Central Park. The Buckingham Jacket is so comfortable, lightweight yet warm, stylish and one that you’ll wear for so many occasions.

I’m excited to share this gorgeous cashmere sweater with you. The Paddington has a mock turtleneck and 3/4 sleeve. It’s very lightweight and extremely comfortable. In this picture I’m wearing it over a dress and love how it looks.

Same dress, same sweater BUT I’m wearing the sweater backwards!! Yup, The Paddington has stitching down the back and on the side seams and it’s so much fun!! I love how something so simple can add so much to a sweater.

And of course with jeans and sneakers. It was a beautiful day out sunny and mild. The Paddington Cashmere Sweater was light enough to wear (I wasn’t hot in it), but when we hit cooler spots it kept me from being too cold. Pure perfection!

I told you Cotes of London is more than just coats!

Hopping over to check out her site now. Love the idea of wearing the jumper two ways. Excellent styling on all outfits. Sows how versatile the pieces are.
