Great Places To Take Pictures In And Around Cleveland

October 19, 2021 •

Cleveland often gets a bad rap and I’ll be honest, when my husband told me he had a job offer in Cleveland my first response was “I’m not getting up at 5 in the morning to milk the cows.” Yes, I thought Cleveland was all farms. Boy, was I wrong!

Cleveland has so many beautiful areas. When friends from out of town would come to visit they were so surprised as to how beautiful it is. I’ve come to learn that there are so many beautiful places in the US (our road trip a few years ago really made me realize this). I’ve also learned how beautiful it is right in my own community and so I want to share with you some great places to take photos or visit in and around Cleveland.

I know there are many more spectacular places in the area to take pictures, but these were some of my favorites. Don’t forget to look in your own backyard or front yard or even inside!

Michele, first of all, your so stylish! Love your outfits and the blue dress in the flower field is perfect! I grew up in Pittsburgh Pa, so I knew a bit about Cleveland, like the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, but have not spent much time in Ohio. Love that cozy cabin area too. Thanks for the tour! 🙂

The only thing that comes to my mind when I think of Cleveland is the Drew Carey Show from years ago, and from that I assumed it was a big city. Never thought of farms! My husband is from north western PA and it is beautiful up there! I love covered bridges – we don’t have those in Orlando!

Hi Kellyann, My first thoughts of Cleveland were big, beautiful farms. I knew we weren’t going to be living in the city, but didn’t realize how incredible their suburbs are! Moving here taught me that there are so many wonderful places to live-I’m sure Orlando is one of them!! xo, Michele
