Komil was started in 1975 right here in Manhattan! They’re currently based out of Hawaii (a little bit of jealousy here as the temps begin to drop in NYC and I can just imagine myself on the beaches in Hawaii!) Anyway, Komil creates beautiful jackets, cardigans, dresses, tunics, and tops.The fabrics are lux, the textured fabrics amazing, the patterns beautiful, and the fit incredible.
You all know how much I love my summer clothes and I never want to pack them away. I’m always looking for ways to extend their life and I’ve found just that with Komil.
Take a look at how I styled some of their incredible tops with summer clothes I already had in my closet.
The Metro Weave Top in cobalt is absolutely beautiful. Here I belted it over a halter dress and added white booties. I have to tell you how special I feel when I wear this outfit. I love mixing patterns and with the subtle pattern of the top and more bold print dress these two look so great together. This is a perfect outfit for a night out!
Here the Ashton Weave Top is layered over a sleeveless jumpsuit, again with a pair of booties. This top looks great with this wider leg jumpsuit, but it’s also perfect with a narrower leg pant. I love this outfit for running errands around the city. At night I’ll change to a pair of heels and wear it to dinner.
This Metro Weave Top is slightly different than the other one in that it has pockets. I paired it with a slip dress and boots and I’m ready to head out. The best part about these tops is that I can wear any of them over this dress or the jumpsuit. I love having options!
I’ll wear with these tops with jeans, skirts, dresses, pants, dressy and casual. When I first received these tops I went straight to my closet and was able to create so many outfits-these tops are that good!
Komil has so many dresses, tunics, tops, jacket, and cardigans from which to choose. You can go bold with vibrant colors and patterns or choose more subtle, muted patterns and colors. Whatever you decide you’ll have clothes that will take you from day to night, season to season, and will make you feel incredible when you put them on!
Your tops are a fantastic way to transition into fall. I especially love the blue and black one!

Great way to transition to Fall in New York ! I am playing catch up as I am dealing with an illness but wanted to come by! Love the draping of the tops and how you styled them. The black pants outfit looks like a very fashionable style too to wear for an evening out . Looking glam!
