The First Six Months In My New Home: NYC

June 16, 2022 •

making-friends

It’s been 6 months since we moved to NYC and it truly feels like home. We’ve had so many fun days exploring, along with days of me being a couch potato, which I love just as much.

I’m excited to share some of the fun things we’ve seen and places we’ve explored.

The Mark Hotel
Little Island
The Museum the Dog!
Vessel, Hudson Yards
Joe’s Pizza
Ralph’s Coffee
Water View
Cheers
Sunset in NYC!

I can’t wait to see what the next 6 months, and years bring. NYC is such an exciting place to live, visit, explore and every day I know how lucky I am to be able to call Manhattan home.

So nice to read this blog, I am about 40 minutes North of NYC so we may have to plan something over the summer or early fall if that works for you. So many things to do, great places to eat and looks like you’ve hit several of them:). Great blog, love the pictures…

Beautiful photos, I have visited NYC several times there is such an energy about it. I hope the next six months continue to give you the same feelings. Moving can be difficult but you seem to have adjusted quite well.

Hi Nancy, That energy is what convinced me to move back! Whenever we’d visit I would just be so happy and ready to go and I knew I wanted to feel that all the time! Let me know if you plan another trip and we can find something fun to do together! xo, Michele
